What we collect

CVs are accepted as file uploads (for example, PDF or Word) and are received into our company email system. How we use your information
We use the information you provide only for recruitment and enquiry purposes. Job application information is used to assess applicants for current vacancies or future opportunities within Karan Retail Limited. Contact enquiry information is used to respond to questions, requests, or issues raised by the sender. We do not use your personal information for marketing unless you have explicitly consented to that use, and we do not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially share personal data to third parties. How we store it, and for how long

Job application records may be kept for a reasonable period in case suitable opportunities arise; contact enquiries are retained only as long as required to resolve the matter. When data is no longer required it will be securely deleted.
Under-18s
Karan Retail Limited does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.
