Our commitment

Help is on hand at every forecourt

Refuelling should not be harder for anyone. If a disability or health condition makes it difficult to fill up, pay or get into the store, our forecourt teams are there to help. You only have to ask.

The short film shows how assisted refuelling works. Whichever of our 55 forecourts you use, the approach is the same: pull up, let us know you need a hand, and a member of the team will help where it is safe to do so.

How it works

Getting help at the pump

Four simple steps. There is nothing to book and nothing to sign up for.
01

Pull up at a pump

Choose a pump on the side you need and stay in your vehicle. If the site has an accessible bay or wider spacing, use it.
02

Let us know

Flash your headlights, sound your horn or wave to the kiosk so the team know you need assistance. Displaying a Blue Badge helps them spot you sooner.
03

We fill up for you

A member of staff will come out to the pump. Tell them which fuel you need and how much, and they will do the rest.
04

Pay from your seat

Where the site's equipment allows, card payments are taken at your vehicle. Otherwise the team will take payment inside and bring your receipt back to you.

Beyond the pump

Help in store, and before you set off

In the store

Need something reached from a high shelf, carried to the car or a hand at the till? Ask any member of staff.

Plan your visit

Facilities differ from site to site. Check the station page for opening hours and what is available, or call ahead so the team can be ready for you.

Tell us how we did

If something did not work for you, or a colleague went out of their way, we want to know. Contact customer care and we will follow it up with the site.

Need help at a specific station?

Station pages list opening hours, fuel, facilities and a phone number for the site. Customer care can help with anything that is not answered there: customercare@karanretailltd.co.uk.
